Quite frankly the guy is very good at his job, but he sucks as a manager. He sees someone failing at something and if they annoy him he avoids them. Eventually his management skills will take over and he will actually acknowledge and help out said employee.

He also has no patience. Rather than wait for for those in the office he picks up after 2-3 rings. Bitching the whole time about how there are 8 people in the office who are incapable of picking of a fucking phone. The fucking fuck nut needs to fucking wake up and stop bitching. “Tell” them to answer the phone. I would but the fucker picks up the phone. So I pay very good attention and refuse to pickup the phone when people are not fucking busy. Fuckin cock smoker. Make them do the jobs, he’s a fucking manager just like me but the cunt is to damn fucking impatient, and would rather not make his people do their job.

He also starts off angry. Really not a problem except he will sit there and bitch and moan about every little thing, and 90% of the time it is about a select few employees. You know what mother fucker, how about pushing them to do their jobs right. I try, but then I get undermined by the fucking dingleberry. Sorry but what the fuck ever man, do the job I care not. When your gone shit will be done my way. How about empowering your employees to do their fucking jobs. Give them the knowledge, let them know the boundaries. The best managers are the ones who hire employees that doo their fucking jobs right and helps them accomplish that.

Sad thing is, other than the fact that we are both extremely introverted, we would probably get along. But I sit here, listen to him bitch, watch as he picks up the phone after 2 rings before anyone has a real chance to switch modes and grab the call (or fucking tell them to pick up the fucking phonee, and I smile when he bitches about how my predecessor didn’t do shit, even pick up the phone. Then I tell him, plenty of people in the office, they can grab it.

Fucking cum dumpsters. Irritates the fucking shit out of me. That being said, this office fucking pisses me off. Sometimes it makes me angry enough to hug a baby instead of shake one.
